It's clearly mentioned in brochure for tower A and B that land tenure is up until 2102.
If askarperang was right that the whole parcel will have same land tenure, that means new towers will end 2102 too.

Anyway, I got the info the whole development is not under one parcel of lands. Hence the different land tenures date.
