considering to buy lakepark, seems like similar concept with lakeville, also has lake. the lakepark thread is so quiet, nobody here bought unit there?

Their rooms are big but dun like the location and layout plan. No MRT and the traffic is heavy especially the selayang roundabout. Not sure how credible is the developers and their promise to deliver this beautiful
Project. It will be great if they manage the lake well like DPC 👏😝. Personal views

Tq. I heard the developer jl99 is new player, this is first project. As for the MRT, even lakeville dont have MRT? But it is near to ktm tmn wahyu i believe

OK tq for the clarification. Also, I want to correct myself. I read the company's profile and apparently they have done several projects in the past (I think 2-3 more) before LakePark.

I'm the one thinking to rejected my unit after i found out something.......

After i paid booking fee, bank loan approved, going to lawer firm sign SPA, only i found out that........something is not correct, i bought the top second highest floor, and i get the mostly high parking floor....., this is making me panic, because before i buy already asked for it, if i buy the highest floor then my parking place should be the lower floor right?........some more the parking place don't have linked bridge to my block, have to go up one more floor from parking side then only can go through my block.....sigh.......it is so so so not convenient........

Let's say if i'm not going to stay by my own, it is for invest, anyone of u do u think that u would like to buy a subsale condo with not over 1000sqft and with the price RM800K??

I keep thinking all these, and mayb i should hand over it, and look for other better one...... cry.gif

My personal opinion, for the price u pay for the location and the furnishing u are getting, its a good buy for own stay... investment wise, dun think the price will pick up anytime soon.
Yes parking will be inconvenient.. but once u get use to it, dun think it will bother u much... my brother in law who is staying in mont kiara also having similar situation, but as i said once u get use to it... its not that bad... so i guess it still comes down to your own preference... if it really bother u that much, sell it off and look for alternative... but i guess u have to wait till 2018, dun think u wanna waste all the $$ that you have put down for the unit..
So far all my relative and friend which have visited the show room were really impressed with the facilities they have... one of my friend also book a unit immediately are he saw it...
Then again, some will just say it a put off with it being a leasehold, located near to a future incinerator, bla bla bla... there will always be negative for a new development... its up to u to justify it with your own preference, need and liking..
