why need directx 10 if directx 9 can deliver the same?

i use 96gt amp! only. run it on 1152x864 resolution, coz i use 17inch crt.
my screenshot use ultra high setting tweak from old crysis. eventually can applied in warhead also, but always got kick out, said that not enough virtual memory. . several time my gc driver stop responding.
but no problem in old crysis.

ultra high setting tweak from old crysis. in warhead, enthusiast and gamer setting not much noticeable different. i use gamer setting to play this game. can get high fps and not to shiny(hdr effect i guess)

haha.. this is the first racing game i installed when i own a pc..
till now still cannot finish it, damn hard to win.

release on nfs:u2 or nfs:u era iinm, and comparable to both of this nfs series also.

gameplay really suit the name.
what i like about this game is the car parts, especially body kid and spoilers, really beautiful. vinyl also not bad.
but graphic is so-so only ler..
