yeah.. everyone. even rhino suv chasing u. police corvette is black in color and more aggressive. cross also joining the party. helicopter use its tail to smack u. roadblock and spike every 500m(something like that)
bmw u get is even more powerfull, not like the first u use it in the beginning. its still the same bmw though

how to complete, that one u discover it urself la. it may be spoiler if i tell u here.
