2. Budget: Cheapest possible as long as it has my preferred specs and requirements 3. Specs: 4G/LTE, hotspot capable, large battery capacity, long battery life when on 4G and hotspot tethering 4. Type/Size: Smallest possible as long as it has my preferred specs and requirements 5. Purpose: Only tethering/hotspot, send and receive calls/sms 6. Others: doesn't produce alot heat when on 4G and hotspot |
