Three of those phones do support 850Mhz (Band 5).

As for Xiaomi Mi5s, it's definitely a better phone than those three that I mentioned earlier, but Xiaomi Malaysia isn't selling it here currently so you would have to deal with imported set running on China ROM. However, there's the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 if you wanna save some money.

Do you mind about not getting local warranty? If not, go ahead with the Mi5s. Not going to be pushy tho, since in the end, you will have to choose what you want to get.

The thing is, I can't find a definite answer on what processor is it using. Different sources give me different answer. If it runs MT6795M Helio X10 then it's fine, but I suspect that it's running MT6753 only....which should be fine also for normal use.

Normally at this price ppl will go for xiaomi redmi note 3.

However, desire 830 wins in
-Camera with optical image stabilization
-Boomsound stereo speakers
-Maybe ultrapixel front camera carried from the rear of htc m7/m8
-More premium brand maybe?

Tried my best to justify desire 830 purchase.

Then maybe you can choose between the Redmi 3s or Redmi 4A. Both phones have Snapdragon chipset and 720p screen.

Redmi Note 3 Pro? Maybe if you are okay with AP set, then go ahead. Otherwise, I afraid there are nothing else that fits your requirements.

Wow, both OnePlus 3 & P9 are about the same price... I'm so leaning for P9 right now.

DirectD seems to be the cheapest so far.
