QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Sep 6 2016, 05:31 PM) Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge / Galaxy S7 HTC 10 Huawei Mate 8 (64GB) Huawei P9 Plus Htc 10 and Samsug S7 non edge, putting the camera quality aside. Which would be better for heavy usage including gaming on phones ? Will both the phones last 2-3 hrs without lagging issues ?

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Sep 20 2016, 11:46 PM) Samsung Galaxy S7 would be the better phone for heavy usage, since it has better battery life than the HTC 10. As for lagging issues, both phones are powerful enough so no worries. Does the phone battery differs significantly? From what I've read, tests shows that Samsung consumes 9%\hr on video with same brightness while htc consumes 11% . Is it cuz of htcs subwoofer ?

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Sep 21 2016, 01:41 PM) Yup, it's more to optimization, and Samsung did it better than HTC. Ooo okay thanks you guys is it possible that future software updates improve it ?

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Sep 21 2016, 01:56 PM) Yes, definitely. If the brand themselves got everything right in the next update of course. Okay , hope they get it right haha. Btw which phone would u suggest for normal usage. Putting aside the gimmicks of each and also camera.

QUOTE(lylee73 @ Sep 21 2016, 02:19 PM) Amidst quite some heat on Samsung over the Note 7 explosion..... maybe you might want to go with the HTC One 10, but it depends tho. Don't think there will be any link between s7 and note 7 ba. But that really affect their sales a lot .

QUOTE(lylee73 @ Sep 21 2016, 02:26 PM) That's why I said that depends on the situation. With that being said, maybe you might want to avoid overheating it too much if you go with the S7. Just as an advice. Okay thanks a lot so many phones now. Still got HuaWei P9+
