Their shop offer me Red Mi Note 3 is this phone ok?
*
Redmi Note 3 is good for the price, but remember to only buy the Malaysian version with Xiaomi Malaysia warranty, because Chinese version is loaded with bloatwares and might have app compatibility issues.

How to different it? i see it offer processor SD650 version is that malaysian version?
*
For Malaysian version,

1. Comes with Xiaomi Malaysia warranty
2. Comes with Google Play Store and Google services
3. No Chinese bloatware apps
4. There are many languages supported instead of only Chinese and English (for that you'll have to check in the settings)
5. Box is printed in English

Indeed our version has Snapdragon 650, but Chinese version has either Helio X10 or Snapdragon 650 as well, so it's advised to check it properly before buying.

Hi guys, comparing two flagship phones, should I get the Xiaomi Mi 5 or Samsung S7?
*
If you can spend more, get the S7. Otherwise, get the Mi 5.

S7 beats the Mi 5 in terms of camera, software optimization, waterproof, speakers, storage expansion etc.

Not to say that the Mi 5 is a bad flagship, but when you compare it to the S7, the S7 just beats it in those aspects. Nonetheless, Mi 5 wins in terms of pricing.

Hi all,
Need some advice. Am looking for new phone Spec as below
Brand: any brand
Budget: Below RM500
Screen: 5.5 inch FHD
Decent Spec and quality.

http://www.lazada.com.my/lenovo-k3-note-k5...te-2287443.html
Is this phone any good the price look really nice and Is Lazada a good place to buy online?

Hope anybody could help me decide. Thanks in advance.
*
You should consider the Meizu M1 Note, it suits your needs.
RM 499 for 16GB / RM 599 for 32GB
http://www.satugadget.com.my/meizu-m1-note...ginal-meizu-set

The Lenovo K3 Note is good for the price as well, but it's AP set, you will find some bloatwares in the software. For Lazada, it's a mixed bag, there's always a risk when buying from Lazada. It depends on the seller.

Thanks xperiaDROID and lylee73. About bloatware, can't we just uninstall them after purchase just like we can on our pcs? Err I am really noob on smartphone os .
*
As Andrew_1980 said, some bloatwares are uninstallable but you would need root access.

If you don't know how to root, you can just disable the bloatwares in the settings to stop it from running, but it's still kept in the software.

Alcatel Flash Plus 2 would be the best choice in that price segment.
http://www.lazada.com.my/flash-plus-2-16gb...r-10361132.html

Or you could go for the smaller Flash 2 if your budget is tight.

So far Huawei P9 met my requirement, any other recommendation?
*
Samsung Galaxy S6, it's camera is still up to par with flagships nowadays. But do note that it has unexpandable 32GB storage though.

Or just go for the Huawei P9, it's good enough.

i think they still come with few extra app, less than samsung, htc etc but its still there

Not stock, but very close.

You can't find any phones that are close to stock as those two in that price segment.

Or you can go for the Nexus 5X if you could spend more.

Need recommendation. New or used doesnt matter

- as cheap as possible
-lag free
- strong and fast to get gps signal

Only to be used for Waze purpose as my main phone GPS chip busted already, have a spare Samsung Galaxy V Plus but that phone lag terribly even using Waze takes a long time to launch and not smooth
*
Lag free on a low end phone is just impossible lol, there's only minimal amount of lag.

Xiaomi Redmi 2 would be a worthy choice
http://www.mi.com/my/redmi2/

Or Leagoo Alfa 2
http://www.leagoo.com.my/product/alfa-2/

Or ZTE Blade A452 for it's huge battery
http://ztedevices.com.my/index.php/2016/05/10/blade-a452/

Any other phone ard that budget which should be considered?

1. Brand: any
2. Budget: ard 2000
3. Specs: good camera, no 810 procs plz, preferably with micro-sd
4. Type/Size: -

Just look no further than the Huawei P9, the camera is good for the price.

Or you could try out the cheaper Oppo F1 Plus, it has a decent rear camera and a beastly 16MP front camera for selfies. biggrin.gif
