QUOTE(mastermindsos @ Jul 8 2017, 12:27 PM) Only the budget range. Other than that, I am looking at which phone worth the most. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X would be the best bang for buck.

QUOTE(pinsarsi @ Jul 10 2017, 03:52 PM) I am currently using a Moto X (2013). Been with me for 3 years already. The phone still works, but the earpiece does not work sometimes, quite often recently. I have to use the speaker phone instead. I am looking for a spare phone in the mean time so I can try and send my Moto X for repairs. 1. Brand. Nothing particular, but generally dont like Samsung 2. Budget. RM600 3. Specs. Screen size not exceed 5 inches; prefer snapdragon and not mediatek, heard the latter is a little problematic; RAM at least 2gb. 4. What you need in the phone: I need a durable phone as I tend to drop it quite often. Also no or minimal bloatware. I have grown really accustomed to Moto Voice, active display and so on, but I know I cant get those feature for this price point. Thanks for you time. Xiaomi Redmi 4A (If you don't mind the heavy MIUI skin) Moto E4 (Runs on Mediatek but the Moto's vanilla Android should provide decently smooth performance) Nokia 3 (Runs on Mediatek as well but vanilla Android)

QUOTE(pinsarsi @ Jul 11 2017, 09:03 AM) I heard mediatek has overheating and poor battery management. Is that an issue ? Thanks for the reply. Sometimes it depends on the software optimization, if it's poorly optimized by the manufacturer, these issues will happen even for Snapdragon. Mediatek was known to have those issues back in the past, but it's not that bad now, just don't push it too hard. If battery life matters, then Moto E4 and Redmi 4A would suit you, whereas Nokia 3 has mediocre battery life.

QUOTE(yshiuan @ Jul 11 2017, 01:24 PM) Honor 6x OK o not? Since similar price range. Camera wise, Moto G5 Plus is still the best in the price range. Honor 6X comes close to second.

QUOTE(nicoj @ Jul 14 2017, 12:17 AM) The nova plus looks very good but it seems that it doesn't support band 20 for LTE which is needed in Europe. I wonder why manufacturers don't do like Apple and try to support a lot of bands... How about Moto G5 Plus? It suits most of your requirements.

QUOTE(cactus179 @ Jul 19 2017, 10:40 AM) What is samsung phone 1 level better than J7 Prime? Same spec but maybe using AMOLED or 4gb RAM or bigger battery size. And the price less than 1100k? You'll have to add a bit for the J7 Pro.

QUOTE(Bookwormwenny @ Jul 25 2017, 11:25 AM) Thanks for the suggestions ^^Can I know have you used those phones? Any comments after using them? I would consider buying Samsung and Xiaomi but I would like to know more about Honor and Moto too. Can you provide some information about them? Thanks in advance. Nope, only tested out most of them in stores lol. I also recommend based on requirements, specs, price and the reviews I've watched. Honor is known for value for the money and Moto is known for its seamless vanilla stock Android experience, but the Moto G5 Plus has the best camera in it's price range. But since your requirements are good battery and entertainment, best would be Lenovo P2 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, these two are beast in battery life.

If battery life matters, why not get the Mate 9? Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6 and Honor 8 Pro would be worth considering as well. This post has been edited by xperiaDROID: Jul 28 2017, 12:27 PM
