Hi would like to know any recommendation for tablet of the size of ipad mini.

3. Size about same as ipad mini
4. Able to run facebook, youtube smoothly & browsing internet
5. Sim support can be ignore

In terms of performance, Mate 8 is a beast, it can even beat the Note 5 and Z5 and it's just few miles behind the S7 Edge. Just one thing though, in terms of gaming, it would be slightly weaker because of the GPU in the Mate 8, but it won't really affect much.

Huawei Media Pad M2 seems not bad but abit too cosy

I was gonna recommend you this as well, but it's over your budget.

If you can spend more, get this one instead, it's a good tablet.
