Inb4 we somehow sign Ronaldo for half of 60M in January..
My concern is..he's turning 31 next February. But with how he likes to take care of his fitness, he should be able to play on the highest level until the age of at least 34. |

QUOTE(gr8fr8 @ Nov 24 2015, 08:30 AM) ![]() I rather have a younger sepenis difender like ^ CODE Barcelona legend Carles Puyol could help his "friend Louis van Gaal" to lure Spain international Marc Bartra from the Nou Camp to Manchester United, according to reports. Puyol, who retired from football in 2014, is starting a new career as a football agent and is about to get the services of Bartra as his first client. The 24-year-old defender was heavily linked with a move away from the Champions League holders during the summer transfer window after it emerged he was available for €12m (£8.4m, $12.7m) due to a clause in his contract that stipulated his original €20m fee will drop to that cut-price figure unless he plays the agreed number of games in a season. For how much i've been supporting LvG, i'm starting to lose my patience over his style of play. But then again, the players had chances to score..especially Lingard, not once but twice! Though he's not a goalscorer, but still..crucial moments!
In the 2nd half, whenever we get the ball back,we always pass around slowly. No urgency. |

If it's LvG's fault though, is he also at fault for the wasted opportunities? Of course not!

QUOTE(Cloud0890 @ Nov 27 2015, 05:13 AM) Manchester United whistleblower grumbles 'I'm only half the player I should be under LVG' Could it be..A Manchester United player has given an extraordinary off-the-record briefing to a high-profile football journalist which is ruffling feathers among fans. The player, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the Daily Telegraph's Jason Burt that he feels his is only "half the player he can be", because of manager Louis van Gaal's tactics and approach. "I've got to be careful what I say here," Burt told the BBC in a radio interview. "I've spoken to one player at United who told me he's half the player he can be here at the moment, because of the way they're playing. "He doesn't feel it's fair on him, he doesn't feel it's fair on the fans. He can't express himself properly and he finds it very difficult to play here." http://www.eurosport.co.uk/football/premie...022/story.shtml a.Memphis b.Darmian |

Rumour of Ancelotti to Bayern and Guardiola to City is starting to heat up..
Prepare yourself, we're entering one of those dark periods... |

QUOTE(zhou.xingxing @ Nov 27 2015, 01:28 PM) Should just say straight to LvG imo. Not ragingly la. QUOTE(sunblaze @ Nov 27 2015, 04:38 PM) *shrugs* it could be a lot of players. Well, you're right. Not defenders for sure. The only guys it's safe to say it won't be are the defensive guys who are playing regularly, cos they're getting a lot of props AND being defenders less likely to complain about being unable to express themselves. Pfttt rumours as always. Before this Ancelotti linked with a lot of clubs. Pep pulak linked with City for the last 2 years, also linked with us and Arsenal for ages. Rumours are a waste of time. I'm curious, since you give the impression that you think LVG is a Lucky idiot who should be sacked. If the board somehow sees it the same way and the axe is looming, who do you think can come in and guarantee good results (i.e. at least comparable table position to LVG) but also play free-flowing attacking football to do so? - Pep? Anak murid LVG, his style would be similar to LVG. Bayern ex-players and fans also saying the same thing about him as LVG haters are saying now. If anything I suspect this is the guy Kayu wants @ OT after LVG 3 yr contract expires, simply because he has the profile and his Barca side were amazing in marketing/results terms. The man Zlatan kenot tahan. Sino is probably PRAYING he never comes to OT. - Ancelotti? Not particularly offensive, although his sides would attack more than our current side but it's not like his reputation for attacking teams = SAF level. He makes balanced teams and seems to adjust to team. Might do better in CL since he has a good record there, but his league title tally means we are not going to feel very happy in the league either. - Giggs? Experience insufficient and even he admitted his games as caretaker manager made him realize he wasn't ready. - Simeone? His teams don't play free-flowing attacking football, they play attrition style football. Personally, I think this is a fair comment: http://www.thenational.ae/sport/english-pr...e-ferguson-days But the tweets i saw on twitter were getting more and more earlier. Hope ti doesn't happen.. No manager is as good as SAF. About LvG, some matches, we play like we're serious contenders for the title. Like the 3-0 win against Everton. That's one of our best performances of the season. I'd say it's the consistency and the matter of finishing chances. I doubt the LvG haters will be using their vuvuzelas Solid defence is nice, but boring match kinda kills me at times. I'd rather see Martial on the wing and Memphis as CF if they're gonna start.

QUOTE(gr8fr8 @ Nov 29 2015, 07:54 AM) Well, at least defensively LvG has fixed it. Lowest goal scored against in the league, only a point off the leader. Only attacking part is unimaginative  Mino Raiola said he's worth 120M! United recently has a knack of "hoarding" young GKs. Perhaps, they are thinking of adding another name to that: Gianluigi Donnarumma. Dubbed the next "Buffon". Already playing first team games. 16. 16. 16. Anyway, now it's rumour of Guardiola preferring the option of managing United instead..idek which manager is the best option. |

IINM, we have an average of 2.5 goals per game without Rooney and 1.3 per game with him.

I thought playing as a CB in 3 man defence, one of them can burst up field every now and then..
