Greetings,

Currently i am using Maxis Fibre 10mbps. i planning to change maxis router with any router with QOS available since my brother like to download, and its affect me while i am playing a game.
The tricky part is, i did some survey and research but i could not find a router that have VOIP (for phone calling) + USB (for printer sharing) + QOS + WAN ( connect to TM modem (maxis fiber)).
Untuk jimat elektrik, saya xmahu pakai 2 routers (1 for VOIP) since TM modem also kena ON 24 7 plus wireless phone also 24 7 and PC(s).
I need help if anyone sellling a router that have VOIP + WAN + QOS, ofcos LAN, wifi and all basic functions mesti kene ada.
Thompson Technicolor which is provided by maxis Fibre is good, the problem is no QOS je... potong steam...
Ada sape2 tahu jenis dan model router yg memenuhi kehendak saya, dan nak dpt kat mana...?

If u don't mind using soft phone then any router with maxis fiber supported can use (not include iptv).

Some router don't work well with iptv. Unless u use custom router (openwrt).

so basically this apps can use to call other phone number using VOIP? so if i call my mom using this apps. what number will come out? my maxis fibre phone number? is there any extra charge?

like skype.. we have to top up credit to call other people's phone...this is the same? coz i using maxis fiber with VOIP and free call RM30 every month....

sorry i dont get it how this apps work.

Follow the settings and try it out. It uses your VoIP number. Not sure the settings still work as the article is old.

No harm trying if it work, then it solve your problem.
