My shop opening soon. It is a coin laundry shop.
1st december is a good date?
I don't know anything about fengshui

Shop is at Jalan paya nahu, Taman Seruling, sungai petani, kedah.
Near many pangsapuri there

Free wash and dry during promo period of 7 days. (basically all free)

Why laundry shop? Are there still many people that don't own washing machine at home today?

Its a NONO day for openning, postpone to 4th or 5th. Remember to sembahyang 4 corners that day

No franchise. My own brand . But I bought the machines from one of the big franchise and sort of hire their maintenance team.
Because I wanted to save cost.
My money spent will only benefit the customers so they will be happy with my services
Most coin laundry shop my size uses 70G-100G factor machines (even those franchises, because machines are cheaper)
All my machines are rated 200G factor!
More powerful, cleaner and the dryers will make your clothes dryer compared to lesser G factor machines.
Take your clothes out and weight it. Your clothes will weight lesser if use my machine because less moisture will be in your clothes

erm...too long le. No business means I am paying rent and losing molah..
Is 1st december or anywhere nearer to the date good?

U will surprise even married man like me still do laundry at self service laundry

N almost full daily even with 5 shops within same block..

2/12 seems better for biz compared to 1/12

however it is juz generic info. if want precis answer, i think got to find sifu to interpret your born date "bazi" against the date of opening.

can guess liao the moment you mention the G-force thingy. yes dexter brand is currently the top in terms of machine. i tried other brands also in terms of drying but dexter the best so far la due to the G-force.

PM lokasi. got time go sappork. envy u sial. too bad my SME loan delayed almost 1 year and spot kena taken d 2 yrs ago. if not... join bandwagon liao.

I was thinking, my signboard and banner go up faster better.
People pass by will notice earlier and faster.

But my shop is the only one using 200G factors machines.
Once customer tried my shop, sure mahu lagi punya.
Price also same as the other shops.

Then make sure you put a sign or notice telling all your customers the advantage of your washing machine. If possible, put a monitor with a video playing 24/7 demonstrating your machine and its advantage. Best of luck sir. I envy you.

Yeah I noticed. I was outstation due to work that day. After come back only saw it. Complained to the signboard boss and he agreed to move it up for me.
But the walls lubang has been plugged and painted. If move signboard need to replugged and repaint. Problem was the contractor already go back.
In the end, I decided to leave it as it is. not as bad actually. And tons of shops are like that if you look at it. lol

I agree with this. Because people are too cought up in life, they may not notice the 200G advantage of your washing machine/dryer. A simpler way would be to paste some printed information about your 200G advantage somewhere easy to see. This step is also crucial in pulling first time customers who can't decide whether its worth trying out your shop since your pricing is the same as your competitors.
