Share with you, gooding time to buy property in Australia NOW.

Price going down. Can reach even lower, but now is good coz rental roi is in healthy ratio.

Some state already down if you study it. About 50%.

Down by average 40%- 50% is good, yes I agree it can go down to about 60% on my forecast, but certainly not 70%

Now is good time coz of few factor like weak aud, and low interests rate. Q1 next year these factors will not be as good.

Anyway just my forecast.

Malaysia property is following Australia, but I don't want share anything for Malaysia market to reduce competition
