I just placed booking for Terraza, been not keeping myself up to date recently only know about ES... very sakit hati knowing the price has increased 80k. Just now forgot to ask SA if there's any maintenance fee waiver for the 1st year etc... Any sifus here can enlighten me on this? Thanks
