To be frank, during this market condition, is a bit difficult, just like Setia Alam, Setia Alam need to have at least sizable population and neighborhood to sustain the mall......it might at least takes 10 -15 years. No point they shared you the details now, since it might be changing according to the time...... just wait n see......

Yes, planning to get one, may be next month as currently I am still waiting my current house loan ( I sold) settle by new owner. Then my bank record will be clean and easy to get new loan.
