tomorrow i am going to trade with ask_know (a member since January 2003). i am buying a processor from him and he giving me 3 days personal warranty in case any problem. he only informed me about his name is Ahmad and Phone num.

so i am wondering am i paranoid to ask for his Full Name and IC Num in case the processor really is faulty? i am worry i dont know where to find him if the processor is faulty.

i did asked for the full name and IC num. he told me that i dont have to know his IC num because i havent made any payment and he is a Malays, so he wont cheat me.

btw, anyone know this ask_know? sorry if i sounds very paranoid, it is because there been alot of scamming case lately in LY.

IMO you can ask but then IC and name are matters that are not that nice to be let out also, you know information can be abused.

best is you COD. test out the goods on the spot, pay only when satisfied.

January 2003 means nothing - there was a period when the server / database had some issues and all members registered before a certain date was backdated to Jan 2003.

i think ok bah .. u meet him first lah ..then on the spot only ask him more details lah ..u nvr meet tat person b4 also .. u got his contact i think should be ok lah .. or get his fullname loh if u scare .. ask him to test and show u the result of the proc la...then safe loh ..
