Hi Maxis,
As you mentioned last time, it will waive the penalty charges since my contract ends less than a month. But when I received the bill, there are additional RM100 charges for termination / charges. Can help me to investigate? Thanks. |

I want to know that what's the purpose of additional RM100 charge as screenshot below. Is change plan require RM100???
