QUOTE(anion @ Jan 23 2007, 10:12 PM) yeah......GSR kinda quite good in FC in terms of displacement and power......mine could go for about 320kms average for 30+ litres of fuel......boosting for 30-40% of the time..... Well, it's thanks to the turbo's very own nature that provide very good low end torque. The best sweet spot for optimal torque peak nothing more than 4krpm. So if you rev gently and shift gear at 3krpm range, it should provide you enough low end torque to push your car around even during city drive. But it will be totally different when you high-rev it. |

Imagine if you placing that air-filter infront of your radiator + our current heavy downpour season.

Just a question sleepwalker, is there any chances that different workshop's dyno machine will have different dyno result on the same car? Coz i have heard many cases where dyno result from links is always slightly higher compare to others like Amoil and N1 for example.
Added on February 5, 2007, 4:25 pm QUOTE(kcng @ Feb 5 2007, 04:10 PM) nope, i am just surprise that some SNC members stock 1.6 registered about 85 HP on wheel. the average or rather the common HP that they registered is around 90 give and take 1-2 HP.. Thats the thing. Even Jazz's rated 110ps on engine, and most of us got around 85-to 89 on wheel under stock condition. With some proper air-intake and exhaust system + a piggyback, it can reach around the 100ps(+) on wheel region. Unless you are the lucky one to get the better yield Neo during the manufacturing process. maybe we should go dyno again once LINKS updated their system with neo information This post has been edited by Gouki: Feb 5 2007, 04:25 PM |

Ah, so i guess, to get a more consistent dyno result comparison with other ride or dyno after some upgrade on performance parts, its best to stick with the same shop and same dyno machine.
BTW, kcng, if you like to tackle corners a lot and concern about handling, go for adjustable suspension lar. It's worth it. |

QUOTE(kcng @ Feb 6 2007, 02:08 PM) hmm, i suggest you leave the car alone for 1 - 2 months first.... hhmmm, true also lar. Maybe save for my own ride then. So tempted for Titan. see if there is any noise from the suspension.... then after that only fire away... |
