Hey guys. Just a curious question on what to do.
Oct 23rd I've made some purchase thru FT.
It arrived here on 9th Nov but couldnt send to my office due to incorrect address.
Called pos Malaysia hotline , said will be kept for 15 days for collection.
Went on the 12th pos Malaysia decided to resend item back to FT. Fine.
Now my issue is with FT.
FT now claimed its my fault for providing an incorrect address. So I checked my account and it clearly shows its correct.
But on the snapshot of the parcel FT sent me is incorrect " Basically missing and alphabet. Jalan TSB 10A <-- its missing the A on the parcel ".
I showed them but they still saying I provided the incorrect address when booking.
Now they gave me 2 choice.
1) pay usd $8 for them to reship
2) refund minus $8
