lol i had to comment cause he said all coil comes with crown is for TC mode. So i assumed he was also referring to the SS coils.

Mine came with 2 SS OCC and only one NI200 coil

Even my SS coils hancur after 24 hours on Power mode. I dont know what happen

I still don't get how these new premade coils could last 2-3 weeks if they're using organic cotton e_e

most I've pushed a coil is maybe a fortnight but not without me thinking "this. this is how I die" because the claptons were starting to look nasty and I was out of 38g nichrome. even so I changed the cotton normally every 2-3 days

TC coils are not supposed to go beyond its temperature limit..
you dont really know the coils temperature even when its saturated..
under power mode, u r running ur coils as if it was a normal kanthal at sub ohm level...
the coil will fail, in your case, destroyed, and its the wire's fail safe protection..
it'll cause more harm than safe in your case...

That should not be happening with SS coils. Did you prime it first? I mean really really prime it. Crown coils supposedly have denser wick to them so some people used to punch holes into them for better wicking.

What mod did you use and at what wattage.

I got a full month from my SS coils. Unless of course I'm using super sweet juices like OHW. Poor ol thing didn't even last a week. Never had a chance

Subtank or uwell crown guys? The one con of uwell crown that i found is that the rba sold separately compared to subtank. And it is a bit pricey too

I prefer crown. Better build quality and better flavor IMHO. Crown can get as low as RM88 (Without RBA)

Here it is sold for 160 without rba, afraid to do postage nowadays since there are too many cases where vaping products went missing

Well I never did and yeah.. Even if it's a Provari, 40w is still on the lower spectrum requirement to run the 0.5 coils. I think your coil was just too dry to play with.

What I did was drip about 1ml into the coil then leave it inside the tank for a good 5-10 min to soak up. Start low, around 20w or so and then ramp it up incrementally. Usually I went through a whole tank sub 40w. The real deal starts then.

I could understand if you were able to at least swap out the cotton but a full week on the same wrap of cotton D:?
