Hi all, wondering how long I have to wait for post natal urut after done with C-sec. Any comment ?

From my sister's experience, you can have a massage as soon as you get home, BUT the massage will be only for your head, your arms, legs, etc. No where near the c-section wound.

To massage the torso area, you have to check with your doctor, because it depends on how fast your wound heals. Different people heal at different rate.

can do after u reach ur home.. tukang urut knows better.. but if sakit then tell them..

my wife only start her post natal massage after 2-3 weeks.. ask your masseur, they know the best.

Minimum for ceaser mummy to have massage is after 7 days. The best is around 14 days after c-sect. Reason is because body of mummy can move easier and much comfortable to turn and move while doing massage.
