Ya...i also would like to know it is china set or global set. China set don't hv google framework ( all google apps) . and also want to know can the china set flash global rom on it or not.

Lazada banned my friend from posting comment on their post. He had send report to SKMM before but so far not even reply ( 1 week plus ). Lazada totally no reply his email too. What else can he do to get back his refund ( RM 600 plus Asus phone ).

My fren case is call many times no answer. Then do the refund process at the website,send back the item. Recv email say will refund back into her credit card. May take 7-14 business day. After 14 days, still no refund, then she email 2 times in 7 days. Totally no reply. Then only she post on facebook and complaint there. I believe in this case is no related to give face or not. Even the refund process is not complete. They should reply email and say something. Dont just ignore it.My fren also did report to SKMM, a week plus already but also no reply.

It happen to me before, it totally ignore my email, until i complaint at facebook. By a girl name Lily solved my problem.

And i believe Lazada is start banned people comment due to too many problem unsolved.and Lazada know excatly what is the problem. If not, why they want to banned the people to comment? U can see every post there is total how many comment. But when you open it, it only show or not show any comment. That's the missing banned comment.

I am a regular Lazada customer, but sometime just feel that our customer rights is very weak in Malaysia. If anything unfair happen. Really no way for us to make the fair judgment.
