So i just order some stuff in lazada.
After that proceed to check out and entered the voucher code (which i got it from applying maybank card) and Credit card details.
(I triple check my credit card details that i entered)

Then click payment. Enter credit card sms pin.
After that, it say payment unsuccessful!

I'm wondering whether my order went through or not?
Because I see the stuff i ordered is under "My Orders" and the status is "Processing".
But i also see it in the cart.

I tried to re-do payment. But my voucher code can't be use anymore!!
Anyone encounter this issue before? and how you guys go about it.

pheww.. i leave it as it is and check again the next day.
Found that my order is missing in "My Orders" section.
So i proceed to checkout and make the payment again, then i retry with the voucher code.
Surprisingly it works!

So i guess you need to wait a day or two to let them sort out the order and reset the purchase.

wtf! i've ordered an item from lazada which cost me rm140++.
The item page mentioned that it will ships from oversea.

Then i received an sms telling me that my item is withheld in custom.
I'm required to pay additional changes (EST GST charges).
The charges is rm70++.

Anyone encountered such a thing before? How do you go about it?
Pls help!

I ordered from lazada website. What do you mean by other order not from lazada?

But lazada website stated this
