Anyone notice the items price fluctuation up and down especially those fulfilled by Lazada. 3rd party sellers not so frequent. Imagine those just purchased but next few days price gone down. ><

I received a "non-genuine" Adidas t-shirt on 7/11 and return it on the same day demanding a full refund of amount paid including the poslaju fee for returning the item. Payment received yesterday 21/11 in my bank acc. So is 14 days.

If refund as store credit will be quicker.

I did some research on what is "Sold and fulfilled by Lazada". Basically the seller ship the goods to Lazada warehouse. Lazada handles all logistics i.e when there is an order, it will ship it out right away from their warehouse, that should explain why delivery is so much faster. As for sellers, they pay warehousing and handling fee to Lazada. Shipping and handling all done by Lazada.

On the other hand, sold and fulfilled by Lazada does not mean its genuine.

Well..every corner of the world has different way of doing business. So far I am happy with Lazada services, their return policy is very effective and efficient. I purchased a Adidas T-shirt, seller put there genuine but upon arrival it is not. I returned it promptly, Lazada refunded all money paid, postage fee to return and re-validated back my voucher.

For us shopper and bargain hunter, always remember this word 'Caveat Emptor'.
