Update with color categories % discount to >30%, 20-29%, 10-19%
*
Suggest to auto-sort based on highest percentage at the top of the list.... no need colour...put this column at the first column... no need numbering...

So i just order some stuff in lazada.
After that proceed to check out and entered the voucher code (which i got it from applying maybank card) and Credit card details.
(I triple check my credit card details that i entered)

Then click payment. Enter credit card sms pin.
After that, it say payment unsuccessful!  vmad.gif  vmad.gif  vmad.gif

I'm wondering whether my order went through or not?
Because I see the stuff i ordered is under "My Orders" and the status is "Processing".
But i also see it in the cart. rclxub.gif

I tried to re-do payment. But my voucher code can't be use anymore!!  doh.gif  vmad.gif  cry.gif  icon_question.gif

p/s : this is NOT toll-free number. So, the longer you argue with them, the more profit TM is making money...LOL... unless you signup with old Unifi package...

Laz is being so kind to me lately. I ordered an item but it does not work as advertised. Instead of refund, they offered me voucher code (no minimum purchase required) and I can keep the item. That's the right way to treat customers when something unexpected has happened.

Now I have RM50 voucher code to buy other stuff without minimum purchase.

Keep up the good work Laz.....

Conclusion: If you can asked for voucher instead of return/refund, better opt for this alternative. At least you can keep the "not as advertised" item and get same value voucher for future usage. Then, you don't have to go thru the hassle to return the item and wait like 7 days for refund.

How much is your item worth bro? Did you speak to cs or email?

The item is RM52.00. Everytime I wanna refund, I'll call the hotline first to get their verbal approval for return and followed up by their black-and-white approving my request for refund. But for this particular item, the CS called me instead to offer voucher and keep the item. No need to return the item. In other words, the item cost me RM2 only. But I had ShopBack discount too. So, the item is 100% free.

I believe this kind policy applies to certain cases. This policy is very common in oversea. But as usual in Malaysia Boleh-land, consumer is not protected properly.

It's a good practice Laz doing such move in order to gain trust and having customers to come back for more...

My first attempt to return via MBE centres. Just drop the returned items and take pix as proof. No need to pay single cents.

Hopefully our infamous Ninja service is reliable...
