the best way is not to rant on Facebook. handle the issue maturely ie nicely.

you can try emailing them, usually quite fast reply, but if not, pick up the phone and talk to the CS. most of the time they are helpful. get the CS name and ask them to open a report and get the report number. that way, you can follow up on your case. i had a few issues with Lazada, and they promised to call back and i'm surprised they really did. but if they don't which is usually the case, you just got to be proactive and call them up with the report number. usually they will escalate the case to their manager. and always ask for timeframe.

everyday i see bunch of retards keep ranting in their fb, must be too stupid to call/email/log a case in their system.
