Just curious but does anyone have experience of returns with Lazada?

I bought a couple of Mi Piston thinking "Oh it's cheap", but when the item arrived it was some fake ones.

I kind of should have expected that considering the price but the "Genuine Product" label gave me some hope, apparently that's some bullshitting.

I tried to endure the pair of Pistons but the sound quality are something I never expected. I always believe that it's hard to make a good earphones and it's equally hard to make a very bad one too, this pair of little thing actually made me amazed on what fakes can actually do, I was enlightened.

Has been 2 days since the return was initiated, the Lazada tracking still stuck there.

Chargeback, that's exactly what I would like to know, the last time I've tried to chargeback it was 3 years ago and can only be done with obviously malicious transaction like stolen credit card or unauthorized transaction, I heard it's been change but I couldn't find a form anywhere for any banks in Malaysia.

Sigh, so far my case with NinjaVan is still in very bad position.

NinjaVan is still trying to shift the blame and even CLAIM that they have clarify the third party signature with me to Lazada, which they didn't. I've ask Lazada to send them a request to contact me or meet me at my office for CCTV viewing, but no response from them. If they are being so truthful, why are they being so scared in coming over for a CCTV viewing.

I will be talking with their higher management to get NinjaVan details and infomation, then I will lodge police report, consumer tribunal on them.

Hope I get back what is mine soon. Refund.

Did you pay using paypal? it would be much easier to file the claim through paypal.

I will call the bank after this. Can debit card also use chargeback? but the transaction was at 11/11
