Yes CIMB is notorious for the so-called cross border fees. Because Paypal MY payment gateway is located in SG, so they consider any transaction crosses border event payment in RM.

There are some other banks that have this charge, check this thread for the list of banks: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2519936&hl=

p/s: Hong Leong also got reported cases where cross border fees applied, but only certain websites. CIMB applied to almost all instances wink.gif

Ah I see, my Hong Leong didn't charge me so far for Lelong, Lazada, Groupon etc. laugh.gif except for I buy at TaoBao got 3% transaction processing fees sweat.gif

ZE500KL = 5.0-inch, S410, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal, 2,400 mAH
ZE550KL = 5.5-inch, S615, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal, 3,000 mAH

Only these are available here. Some markets may get the ZE500KG, that is the same with the ZE500KL, but withouth LTE.

Will they refund the shipping fees as well?
I've requested a full refund for a defective item but in the email only indicated the amt for the item & return postage fee will be refunded.

Btw, negative review was not approved by lazada lol...

I have problem at payment, none of my VISAs work, but at Aliexpress no problem. Haven't tried the bank transfer option yet coz got extra charge lol

Where you saw?

3,000 mAH = ZE550KL, the 5.5-inch variant
2,400 mAH = ZE500KL, the 5.0-inch variant
2,070 mAH = ZW500KG, the 5.0-inch variant WITHOUT LTE
