i deal with lazada customer care , they replied email in less than 10mins...everytime ... i donno why those ppl still complain...guess some donno proper way to deal with customer care ...LOL

or maybe just that lazada that handles their area is problematic. Like some people keep complain skynet, but skynet works fine for my place(although I still use poslaju/gdex/fedex though if available)

i think so . certain area only i guess.... poslaju , airpak , skynet , all quite ok in pj and klang ..never have issue with them

they reply fast, but their integrity (is this the word?) handling your case is totally off.

if you email today, got reply, and only reply back your chain mail for the next two days (due to your busy-ness), the next person will have no idea about your case, eventhough proof provided

I think very dependent on which CS you get. Last time I sent to enquire that I did not receive the Forgotten Password Email after 4-5 hours. They only reply me 2 days later saying that they tested at their system and there's no issue so they are closing the enquiry.

Yeah sure no problem after so many days. I also receive the email a day after my email.
