The 215 part need to be the same. But i hav heard ppl fit smaller width tyre in wider rim. Dont know how they do it tho. The 45 part can change. High or lower is ok. But if higher value better becareful coz it might rub at the fenders when cornering. It also makes ur speedometer reading lari a bit. The R18 part MUST stay the same.
