so I got update it using download newest version of windows 10 build 1511, the files ESD can be deleted? or is the file same as the 1st release of windows 10 I got burn on dvd-rw or should I reformat 1st version windows 10 ESD files dvd-rw to burn this windows 10 build 1511 EDS files?

how to avoid redownload the setup files from media creation to create an iso to burn on DVD since I already got newest ESD files?
