A max striker is rather a bonus and would be rather useful. Infact if they're geared properly, your damage output would definitely improve.
Still following the concept of 3 when attacking strikers + 2 when being hit strikers

Of my +8% physical striker, only Giantman 1st gear (attack) is at level 15, the rest of them are at minimum level 9 in terms of gear. (skill normally at level 3, unless heavy damage skill like Giantman crashing foot fall at level 6)

For +8% energy attack, all of them is at gear level 9, except for Singularity which since then i've boosted her gears to level 17 and gotta stop at there to preserve gold for WB upgrade

For dodge ignore striker on Corvus day, Deathlok, Agent 13 and Black Widow are maxed out due to their heavy usage for AB with the 4th member just being at gear level 9

For team attack cooldown striker, Coulson maxed gears, 5* skill at level 6

My strikers in order on the example Proxima (gear level 15) is already at 6*, (a) when attacking (h) when hit

For physical based teams
Proxima/Cho (a), Giantman (a), Hulk (a), Hulkbuster (h), Luke Cage/She Hulk/Coulson (h)

For energy based teams
Proxima/Lash (a), Singularity (a), Cap Marvel (a), Sister Grimm (h), Destroyer/Black Bolt/Coulson (h)

For Corvus day
Proxima/Giantman/Singularity (a), Deathlok (a), Agent 13 (a), Mockingbird (a), Black Widow (h)

For Team Pym
Proxima/Iron Fist (a), Hulk (a), Cho (a), Coulson (h), Hulkbuster (h)

Something i've noticed, for your strikers, if they have an attacking ISO set, it can activate for them while they're striking for you. In my case, mostly it's Proxima or Grimm as only both of them have an attacking ISO set.

Another to note would be cards, but i believe you're on the right track and your cards should be even better than mine when i started WB.

Coulson normally would use his 5* skill most of the time when summoned during during team up attack. And that move already is very high in damage compared to what blastpin can pull off.

cards wise i believe you're much better off to when i stated with WB last time. You have 2 cards which gives you +all attack. Back then i only had 4 cards equipped which are Loki, Marvel Zombies, Punisher & A random shield card. As you can see only 2 of the card is rather useful which is Loki & Marvel Zombies.

It (cards) does help, but once you geared some of the said characters, you'll at least have a much better chance completing WB within time frame.
When you finally gotten your Proxima to 6*, your WB adventure will be much more pleasant

Your Proxima is already at 5* so probably you're in the final stretch.
Ways how i collect my gold nowadays.

1) Don't re-roll for opponent at Timeline Battle
2) Do battleworld in a 20-10 and 10-20-20 entry format to maximize gold obtained
3) Make sure to complete Floki AB days especially Friday double entry
4) Do your Daily stage entries during hot time which gives 30% extra gold
5) Do not upgrade ISO other than to get the weekly achievement
6) Do not upgrade any characters temporarily till you get your first BO to 6*
7) Don't do any obelisk / cards

In terms of usage you already have 2 of the most important one Blastpin & Floki

You might want to give priority to

1) Deathlok (AB & Battleworld or a perfect HB counter at Timeline Battle)
2) Elsa (If you plan to use her as your main character to farm)
3) Groot (Would be useful for Universal AB if your Floki is not on a healing ISO set or a perfect counter to any Thor's or Lincoln that you meet at Timeline Battle)

Forgot to mention that for Villain Siege Hard difficulty. Use other characters like Proxima (yes even at 5* she does good damage), to bring down to boss HP to 1-5% then only use the 3 recommended characters to finish up the job to maximize the bonus reward. If you're lucky you might get 300k from the bonus reward alone.

yup! proxima is definitely way easier than Super G, i can see that you're applying the 3 when attacking and 2 when hit strikers well in each of the teams you used.
maybe that's the balance that you've been missing

some teams will definitely take more than one try.but if you think that the team can do it. it's certainly worth another go, provided you have the time.

bleach? you need more than bankai then. from your possible teams from super g. blingpin and team pym might make the cut if you imbue their attack with haki. oh wai- what am i talking about

auto roll ISO will just help you to roll automatically up to 20 times to see if you manage to get for example any 8 set ISO.

it like playing gacha. Totally random till you get what you're looking for.

yup! some of us spent more than 10mil gold and still can't get the ISO set that we're looking for

with the amount of hot time (energy reduction) in recent weeks. leveling up alliance should be rather quick? on our side we're almost reaching lvl 30 with a little more to go. would've definitely been slightly longer without the help of the energy reduction events.

i know what you're referring to on regards to the bleach, just me purposely going out of topic since you're also a manga fan

let me teach you another trick.
you can get more cooldown from comic cards. Loki card from destroyer rift and Marvel Zombie card from Vision right. Once you gotten these 2 cards to at least legendary or mythical level. You wouldn't need Agent13 or Ironman leadership anymore. Cooldown of about 17-18% from cards + alliance bonus cooldown is sufficient to keep Floki shield up permanently

Do check out the 1st page on recommended cards that'll make your game play easier.

Another trick would be, incase you screw up using Floki. You can always force close the game and restart without losing your entry provided you've yet to collect the reward.

if i recall his attack pattern
1st phase, attack him when he does cone meteor ball move and when he after he does the 3 pillar move
2nd phase, same when he does the cone meteor thing, when he summons the corps, if i'm not mistaken here he'll teleport twice after doing the 3 pillar move
3rd phase, same as above, just with the addition now you have to locate his landing spot after his big meteor move.

definitely your passion for this game brought you far.

you're kinda on the same path as what legendary Davidtcf went through. I still remember the joy he had when he 5/5 Super G like you. He too thought that Super G is the easiest until he tried Proxima. And as we can see now, he's a WB expert himself and you'll be one too soon

So far from reviews, only his T2 form is worth for the modes you mentioned.
