another case was, the customer told us his laptop cannot boot into windows and request a loan unit while we take his to fix.. in the end we found out that, it was his startup disk stucked inside his floopy and he keeps get into boot screen..
I wonder if the company did not really see the employee's details before really hiring them.. most of customers' calls are funny for me..

I was once an intern at a Semicon company for MIS Dept. Now i received complains about a PC is down, can't even boot ON. And the user claimed that the PC was working fine yesterday. When I reached her cubicle, it was a million dollar answer for the question; she didn't plug into the wall socket and turn it on.
