Will it easy to secure a permanent staff after done intern at any Big 4?

Had been called for interview at PwC for Tax position soon. I had no work experience before.

So nervous and excited at the same time, how should I prepare?

Hey yo~ gonna be starting work soon @  _ _ in tax department ( corporate compliance)
Any pointers? like is there anything for me to prepare? should i read my textbooks xD
Also any seniors would like to share their experience working in tax? I heard the hours is just as terrible if not more terrible than audit~ how true is that?

A little heads up for fresh grads interested to join Big4 in SG

I talked with my cousin yesterday, he currently holding a managerial position at one of the Big4. What he told me was basically they didn't take fresh grads from Malaysia already. Reason being 1: stagnant market 2:SG local U pump in sufficient graduates 3:tight MOM regulations

They mostly consider local U top graduates(GPA is the main factor)and  starting salary is 3K sgd++. The current situation is SG Big4  hire experienced individuals with Msia Big4 background. HOWEVER, if you have connection means someone refers you into the firm, u as a fresh grad  can still get a job in SG Big4.

ahh I am in audit. will prepare myself mentally and pray hard for a good temper mentor to guide me lol.   

How much salary do I get in big four company? finish acca paper, with working experience in bank and in marketing, managing..

If you're aiming to go to SG big 4.. Start applying early. That will give you time to apply 2-3 rounds before your planned move date and will give you time to look for other opportunities. Would be good if you have contacts within that can refer you in as well..

It's never easy for tax professionals to move to the big 4 unless you have good achievements in your resume imho

Got the position as an intern under IT advisory, starts on the first 1 Jan at EY, anyone joining there too?

What is the starting fresh grad pay for consulting / advisory at big 4. Let's say EY? Not sure what to put for expected salary
