Have you guys consider the bonus range that each firm offers as part of the consideration of which firm to join?

I was told PwC offer significantly higher bonus for top performers compared to average performers, if same amount of effort, might as well slave for PwC than other Big4 right? Although investment banking even higher in good times

And the thing that I find is a big turn off for EY is, the bonus is paid in 2 tranches, way after you completed the service... 

Hi, I am going to start my career with EY soon in this coming August and I'm planning to open a new bank account soon for my salary.

I would like to ask if EY (KL office) has their own preferred bank for salary purpose?

I just did the assessment, waiting for the result for an interview then i will know which dept of tax i will be placed. But im thinking to get into tax area specifically in research parts, reading writing reports etc etc. I still need to study a lot bout tax and which dept to choose. Do u have any suggestion?

Wow even well qualified still can fail to go in, I've heard of cases like this too, my friend 3.9 and got rejected.

I already know basic interview techniques, just need interview techniques specifically for big 4.
Also, in case if i failed, can i shamelessly try again in next round?

Then should I wait for the reply from the application I sent to medium firm and reject the interview at MNC? I personally have strong passion in audit and the obstacles is that I don't own a car.

Cuz i just interned one of the BIG4 and I hate it.

I heard that EY's cut off point is March, which mean if you join in June 2018, you only will be promoted in March 2020. Is it true?

AA2 to Senior its RM1000 and it continues until you reach manager

But if you're taking ICAEW the increments are lower, not sure the exact amount thou.
If you're a high performer, your increment would be even more

Hi... May I know for the case of probation in any of the big 4, is it usually people will be turning into a permanent staff? And, at worst will it be extending the probation period or being fired, if the work performance is not that good?
