I am an ACCA fresh grad looking for a career in audit. I applied to big 4 and some mid-tier firms since september. Didn't get any reply except for kpmg (failed the online assessment) and deloitte (only accepting new intake in next year august). Currently I'm searching jobs in jobstreet. However, looking at the amount of applicants, I don't think I will be selected since I don't have experience at all.

Any advice for me? How long should I wait? If still no response, I might just apply to small firms but I not sure which firm to apply. Or I might apply accounting/finance jobs in mnc. As time goes by, I lack in confidence for not getting a job. Most of my friends entered big 4 right after they graduated. I think my weakness is I'm not a straight passer and I'm not very outgoing. I feel so stressed out. Pls help
