Hi guys, just trying my luck here.

Anyone working in Big 4's business process improvement unit, can you PM me regarding the scope of work & timeframe for such a project where the total fee ranges between RM500k - RM1million.

Reason I'm asking is because that's my employer's budget. We are exploring 3rd party options, and wanna know what is the usual industry-standard scope of work within this range.

Obviously not requiring anything sensitive, just a general overview of the scope will do. Thanks.
