Which uni are you from? It is safe to say almsot all big4 actively engage with uni students so it's fairly easy to get an internship if you stand out even by just a little when compared to your peers.

jokes aside, realistically speaking fetching around 3k is typical. You actually don't get ot negotiate your salary as fresh grad in big4 unless you're in audit or something like that and has a full aca or icaew etc etc.

You would need to negotiate via bond usually a period of 4 years. For ACCA usually they sponsor up to RM15k only.

Assurance/Tax around 3k, consulting/deals around 4k. So depends which team you're joining. Among Big 4s Deloittle, EY and PwC generally pays more then KPMG by a couple of hundred bucks.
