Hello guys, I have recently graduated and was wondering how is the Big 4 pay like for fresh graduate?

I am just trying to figuring out what's my expected pay if my interview asks me. Sorry I am just not familiar with the local market currently and how much fresh graduate will be paid at.

I know millennials really do expect higher pay and such but I am just really trying to figure for myself to secure my very first job. Thanks in advance.

Which uni are you from? It is safe to say almsot all big4 actively engage with uni students so it's fairly easy to get an internship if you stand out even by just a little when compared to your peers.
for u 2k cause you didn't even bother flipping a few pages back  nod.gif

jokes aside, realistically speaking fetching around 3k is typical. You actually don't get ot negotiate your salary as fresh grad in big4 unless you're in audit or something like that and has a full aca or icaew etc etc.

Memang i deserve 2k for not flippig few pages back. Thanks for the advise. Am I able to negotiate on sponsors on ACCA's exemptions and studies tho?

You would need to negotiate via bond usually a period of 4 years. For ACCA usually they sponsor up to RM15k only.

Yea this one I heard from my friend from PwC. 4 years bond including paying her exemptions, exam and tuition. Thanks for the info on the total value of sponsorship given

Assurance/Tax around 3k, consulting/deals around 4k. So depends which team you're joining. Among Big 4s Deloittle, EY and PwC generally pays more then KPMG by a couple of hundred bucks.

Thank you for your input. I already applied for Delloite and PwC under tax department. Since I applied thru online I think the waiting time will be slightly longer. Meanwhile, I guess I could prepare myself for the assessment.

4 weeks? Be more patient
But just give them a call once maybe after a month(which i did) do the follow up

Mine took 7 weeks and I got it  biggrin.gif

Entering 4th week for me now still haven't heard from my future employer. Regarding the follow up, it is appropriate to call them up now?
