pwc is more mnc culture whereas kpmg is a little bit chinaman culture. not saying one is better than the other. depends on your personality and character - which suits you better.

i think salary and benefits should not be your priority. the difference is negligible.
benefits like birthday leave is least important. at the end of the day you need to finish the work regardless birthday or whatever day.
