From what my friend says this is how the increment looks like at the Big 4 in Msia (excl Deloittes)

Yr 1: 2.8k
Yr 2: 3.0k +/-
Yr 3: 4.0k +/-

After tht, it depends if u get promoted or not since promotion in these first 3-4 yrs are almost an entitlement
