Most of the firms promotion season just over, people would take their new promoted position and try to get a new job.
Big 4 turnover rate memang high. Its a norm. Big 4 is not for everyone.
And with the millennial mindset these days, there are alot snowflakes, sikit sikit not happy d.
For example, some staff dont even have normal courtesy such as returning files to the client after use or putting back the files back to the place you took it. When a more senior figure tegur or puts that part of the evaluation, then bey song d lol.
