It really is just games. There are like approximately 5 different games. One that I can remember was a reaction test. Nothing much to worry about, quite easy. Just treat it like playing games. BTW, what role are you applying? Good luck

I applied for the Junior Xplore programme. They said they stopped receiving applicants for the programme but ppl can still send in application for future opportunities. Then I just try and got an email from them. Tbh I never expect a reply from them haha. Thanks for your wish btw. Just wonder what's after the game assessment.

Most likely that Pymetrics is just so that they have a record of you for future applications. I did mine not too long ago and thats about it. But hey, maybe you'll get lucky and get the gig. You can look Pymetrics up on YouTube for some idea...but PwC has some surprise games in store, of course.

And do Big 4 Penang have more MNC clients? Or SMEs?
I heard that the turnover rate in Big 4 Penang is low. So will that affect salary increments and position advancements?

Usually big 4 in states other than KL/Selangor, they might need to travel outstation for engagements.

I had colleagues from penang and Johor drop by KL becuase it is deemed too free in their own offices.

Turnover rate in the other states is also lower, and due to the lower attrition rate, promotion might be slowdown, which is normal.

On fb and IG, EY Careers has posted several time they're hiring for short term associates. Why not permanent? Isn't it a waste to recruit brand new ppl who don't know anything and then after they finally become useful, then let them go.

And is it true that senior managers in tax and advisory departments are paid higher than in the audit department?

will big 4 pay for your ACCA annual fees?

For EY, can claim until RM500 max for the annual fee. Usually GBP112 costs around +-RM620
