Is it possible for a fresh graduate of UTM 's Electrical Engineering to get a job in Australia, n how to go about it?

Need help regarding application of Australia PR when spouse and adult children are already OZ citizen, applicant is Malaysian, was a PR but no more, I googled but most such info from agents.

but if spouse is a citizen or PR, then the "easiest" visa is a partner visa ....either a temporary 820 or permanent 801 if onshore (309/100 if off shore)....and you will get on a bridging visa once you lodge the application....but it can take up to a crazy 4 years before you get the visa....

Thanks, applicant n spouse r currently working offshore. Now the fees is a high AUD8850. Application is via online.immi.gov.au right?
