portfolio doesnt really need to be in Flash, although it may help if you are applying a job related with Flash.

From my view, just take a few of your best work and put in the portfolio instead of putting all the work you had done in the list. Put some of the best one on the first few and last few in the list.

Another thing other ppl told me that portfolio page doesnt need to be that fancy because the focus here is the Portfolio itself, not that portfolio page.
