Hi Hotlink,

I have recently purchased a Hotlink Tablet Plan and was entitled with free 1Gb data for three days. However, when I check the usage, the data was deducted from the 365days validity data, which is the original data instead of the free data. Why is the usage starting to deduct from the 1 year quota and the free data not even deducted?

Is it that I have to finish used all my data only can use the free 1Gb data tat is there only for 3 days, which is more like a useless free data or there is anyway to make the setting to use which data first? If possible, may I ask for swapping between the quota of my 3days free data and the 1 year data? as this caused me to use most of my data in just two days.


Other than that it is actually a good plan in my opinion. Thank you very much.

The free 1GB quota for 3 days is not applicable to tablet / broadband plan users.
