Really? The previous one is actually meant for temporary use cause I feel like ripping a copyrighted character, lol. Any particular reason? Like too comical, ugly, not good looking? Cause I might change it back.

Well although you've got your point but in the end it is still a piece of your hard work therefore I think it's fine. No particular reason just that with a glance the old one looks much better IMO. This one looks undone somehow and a little childish. Sorry if I am being too straight forward just giving my very own opinion only

Many, from adobe photoshops to hand drawn and scan. There's no particular software u need to use to make a pic. Btw, I use paintdotnet which is a free portable software.
