DrFX, how to check if a broker is holding segregation account? Some brokers are easily see on their wire transfer account where its clearly stated with word "client segregation", but some just broker company name even though it holds a proper regulation. I have tried before contacting their bank but they refused to disclose information due to privacy concern.

Please provide us the broker name.

I only know that "Value Envision" is still running their FX education/academy in association with TradeHall being their broker.
https://ve.education/about-us-2/

I believe they also are running some PAMM scheme....

Please do share or feedback here if anyone has had (good/bad) experience with them (VE or TradeHall or both) too.

Hi viruz,

We understand this is an Australia AFSL licensed broker.

For segregated account, it is not compulsory to have client/trust account on the bank account name depending on under which jurisdiction. So it could be Mauritius does not have such requirement.

Sorry, I don't really follow their performance or update for sometime already, but they still conduct a couple of FB live sessions weekly on their TA/FA for their members.

Hi everyone, I am newbie here.

Recently my relative been promoting Triumphfx to me, she claimed that she is earning decent returns in USD on monthly basis. She also dont have any issue in withdrawing the profit, as some claimed on the web. She showed me the website that she signed up, it's different from the Cyprus government SC website, could it be a phishing URL?

I read some of the threads in here and understand that if any fx companies doesnt provide a live trade report, then probably it's a scam. So far anyone had any bad experiences with Triumphfx? I also notice this company is not under the scam/alert list in TS thread.

Disclaimer: I am not a Triumphfx trader and not promoting the company here.

Please read through this thread and you will find many evidences of TriumphFX SCAMS.

The reasons of different URL 1st is because they offer the fake investment under offshore, not Cysec, but that's misleading. Because Cysec leverage is only 1:30, so it's definitely offshore.

Many people has been scammed by TriumphFX. My auntie was scammed on 1st round when they told all the victims that someone else cloned them. End up the directors were jailed and the Singapore authorities said no real trading behind. https://www.todayonline.com/singapore/six-c...lm-scheme-forex

2nd round victim is my friend's mother who was told by them that New Zealand authority freeze their account and hold their fund. This is not true cos all the funds already stolen and went to offshore. Stop listening to their beautiful lies.

Hi, thanks for the explanation.

I did read some of the posts about TriumphFX but it seems like nobody had personally suffered from the scam. Don’t get me wrong, I hope many people won’t fall for the scam, but if someone personally invested and understand the modus operandi, then I can understand the whole thing better.

Referring to the 2 examples given, it should be suffice to prove that there is some elements of scam in the business. However, for someone who is already in it and earning “decent” returns, it is hard for them to believe, or sometimes they choose not to because things are rosy at the moment.

And by the time the company give them lame excuse why their money is gone, there is nothing they (“investors”) can do already.

Mostly those sudah naik kereta will not believe even you have 1000 proof in front of them.

Those in are blinded with the fake returns or worse the leaders that know it is a scam, yet they still can cheat people by saying they already here for 7 years. As we know, they have standard script like 7 years, no one get scam before, no proof, etc. Every proofs will have 1 lame excuse or beautiful lie.

There are so many proof on the internet, those blinded choose not to believe or they said nobody suffered. They even lazy to type "TriumphFX Scam" on google and choose to be part of the scammers. Everyone here already get used to it. Those never listen, will end up got scammed then hide somewhere and cry. They wont post online to show they are the loser.

We are here to help those who willing to be help. Those who dont listen our advise, your time will come. Just the matter of time.
