Started in Jan 2014 ... intermittent disconnection in Jun 2014 ... change router, change btu, change technician, management kena changed but line they didn't want to change, I actually prefer they change me too ... CFM dispute and complaints for another two months ... stop autopay in Jul 2014 ... ding dong damn angry ... pull off cable in Sep 2014 ... suspension and termination in Feb 2015 ... filed in the wrong place Consumer Tribunal as it is registered under company ... filed in another wrong place again in KL Magistrate Court ... got transfer to Shah Alam Magistrate Court in May 2015 ... awarded Judgement in Default in Jul 2015 ... Set aside and out of court settlement in Oct 2015 and finally case closed!
Was it a mistake in the first place? Well, I learnt thru it. That's life. Shh.. If there is another chance? I wouldn't choose P1 indefinitely. Such a terrible customer service! Happy to share you my experience, consult me.
