Yes got money only can buy, no remaining money cannot buy. Yup value below 16k you will need to pay RM 8. The 0.05% is only if you trade > 30K, otherwise it is 0.08%, but min 8 stays the same so no difference to you.

Armada Clair is worth about 20% of total earnings. Based on 4+ 4 contract. This will affect the total revenue and profit and they might have to write down the asset value. This WILL hit the financial report badly in the next Q.

However Armada Clair started first oil in August 2014, so contract already run for 1.5 years, only 2.5 years remaining. Armada has filed request for $197 million compensation from Woodside as they have an ironclad contract. The fact Woodside has already provision for cancellation of contract in 2015 annual report for $128 million means they recognize they have no way out from the contract.

The why did Woodside cancle the FPSO? Because according to their calculation the loss from continue operating the Balvanes field with be much much higher than paying compensation to Armada. The Balvanes field (which is bought from Apache in 2015), initially shows good results, but the tapering of the oil production in 4Q 2105 shows that the 2P reserves (proven reserves) is much lower as initially estimated, so they decided to axe the field and shut it down.

In fact that Woodside already made provision, means they intend to settle and should not be in a court case, in the end the settlement might be worth between $128 - $197 million. The final figure will be recognized as 'other income' when the negotiation is done. The impact to Armada IF Woodside settle, with negate most if not ALL the earning loss.

Nope .. not particular.. i expect between now and 2018, either the Arabs economy has withstand enough 'pain' or enough OnG (especially US) all close down, THEN.. oil will start to rise.

Rising is rising.. i am targeting $80 brent.. thats why will take some time..

That one is called constructive dismissal. if fight in labor court sure lose one. I find that just pay retrenchment better, 1 day kaotim ktxbai.

I got see some staff really hard headed one, until transfer to ulu ulu place with no job also can last until retirement one.

Once my colleague from city kena transfer 600 km away to a place got no electricity and water. Job is very simple, just take care of a small warehouse... only like once a month got people contact him, already 7 years still working there. Now become part time uztaz in kampung (since very free) and grow 30 cm beard already.. i also sked go see him, look like ISIS liao.
